• Vendor Coordination: We’ll handle communication and coordination with your selected vendors, including photographers, florists, and entertainment.

• Catering Coordination: We work with your chosen caterer to coordinate food delivery, setup, and serving times.

• Table Setup & Décor: A comprehensive table setup for up to three tables, including main event table, dessert table, and gift/favor table.

• Large Balloon Installation: Includes a custom balloon garland or arch up to 12 feet, styled to match your theme or color scheme.
